Refund policy

Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, Lushify does not accept returns on opened or used items. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
